Valerie's tips:

Using the # 22 Brush, use the large blush as a contour under your cheekbones
Using the # 17 Brush, sweep over the first 3 small powders clockwise
Use above your cheek bones, brows, down the bridge your nose, & above your upper lip
Continue to layer to intensify your look
Use the fourth small powder to add more shimmer
